In short
- On October 19, 2026 we asked ChatGPT 12 buyer questions about choosing an AI visibility (GEO/AEO) agency. It named 25 companies, and six of them we could not find anywhere.
- Below are twelve of the others, compared on what their own websites say as of October 19, 2026: where they are, what they do, which assistants they cover, whether they publish dated before-and-after numbers, and public prices.
- Our own company, aigo (then shyash.ai), is in the table too, with its zeros: in our own measurement of October 2, 2026, no assistant named us in 96 answers.
How this list was made
We asked ChatGPT (an account without a paid plan, a temporary chat, no personalization) twelve English questions a buyer might ask, such as “Which agency should I hire for generative engine optimization?” and “Answer engine optimization agency for B2B SaaS: which one should we choose?”. Each question went into a fresh chat. The full list of questions is in our measurement protocol.
The companies it named most often: Discovered Labs (4 answers), SERPdojo, Omniscient Digital and Profound (3 each), First Page Sage, Digital Elevator, Otterly.AI, Peec AI and LoudFace (2 each).
Six names ChatGPT gave (Conbersa, Baarely, MentionBench, SEOCompare, Magna, Kern Media) do not exist as GEO agencies as far as we could find. We left them out. Seven more it named once (Siege Media, Directive Consulting, Graphite, Skale, Karpi Studio, Onfolio, Agenzy) are not in this edition of the table.
Every fact below comes from the company's own site or public profile, checked on October 19, 2026. Each company's name links to its site. We did not rank anyone, and nobody paid to be here.

What the table shows
- Only five of the twelve publish before-and-after numbers with calendar dates: AthenaHQ, Discovered Labs, First Page Sage, LoudFace, and partly Omniscient. If an agency shows you growth without a date, ask for the date.
- Five of the twelve are software, not agencies. ChatGPT mixes them together; a buyer should not.
- Public agency entry prices run from $1,250 to over $10,000 a month. Tools cost $29 to $500 a month.
- None of the twelve covers the Russian-language assistants (Alice AI, GigaChat), and none publishes a per-answer “named / not named” protocol. We do both, and we are the only one in this table that AI assistants do not name yet.
How to use it
Before you hire anyone, including us: write down your buyers' questions, ask the assistants your market uses, and record who gets named. Then ask every agency on your shortlist for a measurement with a date and the list of questions. The guide: How to check what ChatGPT and other AI assistants say about your company.
Table facts checked on October 19, 2026. We will re-run the twelve questions and update this table monthly.
