Questions about you by name are a separate block and don't count toward topic ratings: what the assistants know about the company and which pages they rely on.
What does Your company do, and who is it for?
- ChatGPT: CRM for sales teams, from 5 to 200 people
- Gemini: CRM for small teams, with phone integration
- Perplexity: A deal-tracking tool, no pricing details

Every number can be checked
- 01In the buyer's wordsQuestions are phrased the way your customers ask them, without your company's name. Questions about you by name are a separate block.
- 02Via the assistants' APIs, with web searchThe full check runs through the assistants' APIs with web search on where it exists. Every answer in the report carries its method: taken via API, which service, whether search was on.
- 03Every question is its own requestNo memory, history or personalization: the answer to a question knows nothing about the previous ones.
- 04You approve the setTopics, questions and assistants are locked before payment. A repeat check runs the same set, so the reports compare.
- 05Every answer keptEach answer is stored word for word, with its date, time and method. Any rating opens up to the answers behind it. An assistant that didn't answer is marked “not measured” and left out of the rating.
- 06The control check in the apps is for GrowthAn answer via API and an answer inside the assistant's app can differ. The control check inside the apps, through our browser mechanism, happens in Growth: it's what results-based pricing is counted on.
One price for the full check

Priced by results
You pay only for the questions where your brand moved up in AI answers: once for the rise, then monthly while the position holds.
The price of a question depends on how hard it is. We name the total after the check, before the work starts.
For people who want facts before deciding
- Marketing teamsYou run your own content and SEO and want to know where AI puts you on every topic before you plan the work.
- Founders and leadersYou want the picture from one check at a price you can see, not another subscription.
When you want us to do the work, the “I want promotion” button is right in the report: your request reaches us together with the check.

Questions about Tracker
Do we need to write the questions ourselves?
No. Enter your website address and we suggest the topics and questions. Add your own specific questions as a list or a file; you approve the set.
How is a topic's rating calculated?
Answers that name you, divided by all answers in the topic: every question in every assistant you picked. Each assistant's own number sits beside it, along with your rank among the brands named in the same answers. Cells marked “not measured” are left out of the denominator.
What's in the report?
For every question and assistant: whether you're named and in which position; who's named instead of you; where AI gets its answers and whether your site is among the sources; where the gaps are; every answer word for word with its method. The report opens right after the check, as a link and as a PDF.
How is the preview different from the full check?
The preview is free: a few questions from your set run in one of your chosen assistants, and you see the real answers in the report format before you pay. The full check runs the whole approved set in every assistant you picked, with the report.
Which AI assistants do you check?
Pick from ten: ChatGPT, Gemini, Alice AI, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, GigaChat and Google AI Overviews. A check includes 3 to 5 of them; the default is your market's set, and you tick the boxes yourself. If an assistant didn't answer or isn't available via API, its cells are marked “not measured” and left out of the rating.
The check runs via API, but buyers ask in the app. Is that the same thing?
Not always: an answer via API with web search and an answer inside the assistant's app can differ. That's why every answer in the report carries its method, and the control check inside the apps happens in Growth, where results-based pricing is counted on it.
